Website operator and scope

This website is operated by Point of Sale Limited ("POS Interiors"), registered in Guernsey under registration number 12154. Our registered office address is Unit 9 Anfre Estate, Route de la Garenne, St. Peter Port, Guernsey, GY1 2RL. These terms concern the marketing website, not an employee survey or client portal.

Information, not a client recommendation

The site explains a consultant-led workplace review. Illustrative reports contain no client findings. External research provides context, not a diagnosis or guaranteed outcome. Workplace investment, employment and business decisions require assessment of your circumstances and appropriate professional advice.

Enquiries and discovery sessions

A free discovery session is an initial, no-obligation conversation to understand your business question and whether further work could help. It does not include a commissioned survey, detailed analysis, written decision report or design work unless expressly agreed.

Submitting a form does not create a paid engagement, reserve capacity, require a purchase or guarantee that POS can accept the work. Scope, deliverables, fees, programme and responsibilities are agreed separately in writing. We do not take payments through this website.

Commissioned services

Workplace Intelligence is a professional service. The published starting point is the POS Terms & Conditions for Services. A proposal must set out project-specific terms and incorporate applicable documents before acceptance. Browsing this site does not accept a client agreement.

Live collection also needs confidentiality provisions, a processing agreement where POS acts as processor, and case-specific participant information. Website terms do not replace these. Fees, liability, report-use rights, termination and governing law belong in the reviewed client agreement and are not varied by this page.

Information you send

Provide accurate business details and only information you are authorised to share. Use the form for a high-level question, not employee responses, health information or confidential personnel and strategy documents. Agree an appropriate secure route with POS first.

Do not send named redundancy plans, privileged advice, credentials or confidential source documents. The public form has no attachment facility. Sending an enquiry does not transfer ownership of your information to POS or give permission to publish it, use it for AI training or add you to a general marketing list. If you send sensitive material accidentally, contact us promptly without sending it again.

Acceptable use

Do not impersonate another person, send unlawful or abusive content, introduce malicious code, bypass controls or disrupt the site. Do not attempt to identify survey participants or access another client's information. We may restrict misuse and investigate security concerns.

Do not harvest contact details, bulk extract protected content, reproduce and resell website materials without permission or another legal right, or misrepresent a relationship with POS. Report suspected vulnerabilities privately; do not access, copy or expose another person's information to demonstrate a problem.

Content and intellectual property

POS's original written materials, branding and website design, and third-party images, fonts and other protected material, remain owned by their respective rights holders. You may view the site and share ordinary links for legitimate business purposes. Obtain permission before reproducing, adapting, distributing or commercially exploiting protected material, unless another legal right permits it.

Describing our approach does not grant a licence to protected questionnaires, report templates or software. These terms do not claim exclusive ownership of general ideas, facts or methods that are not legally protected, or restrict your own material or rights held independently. Report-use permissions belong in the client agreement.

A research citation identifies a source, not sponsorship, endorsement or validation of POS or your workplace. Case studies describe particular projects and do not promise the same results elsewhere. Do not use POS or third-party branding to suggest a relationship that does not exist.

Availability and links

We take reasonable care with the website but do not promise uninterrupted availability or that every external source remains current. Third-party sites have their own terms and privacy practices. Please report errors. Nothing here excludes rights or liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.

We may maintain, update, suspend or withdraw parts of the site, or restrict misuse to protect the service. General website information is not exhaustive and is not a promise of productivity, savings, engagement or commercial return. Email and telephone provide alternative contact routes.

Responsibility and liability

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, death or personal injury caused by negligence, or any other liability or right that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited. These terms do not remove our obligations under applicable data-protection law.

Subject to those protections, we are not responsible for loss that was not reasonably foreseeable, loss caused by your misuse of the site, or decisions made in reliance on general website material outside the purpose and limitations explained above. Liability for commissioned professional services is governed by the relevant client agreement, not by this website disclaimer.

Corrections and complaints

Contact POS if information appears incorrect or website material affects your rights. Identify the page and concern, with enough information for us to investigate but without unnecessary personal or confidential documents. We may ask for proportionate evidence of your authority and may correct, restrict or remove material where appropriate.

Privacy requests follow the routes in our privacy notice. You do not have to use our complaints route before exercising a right to contact a regulator or court.

Privacy and updates

Read our privacy notice and cookie policy. Analytics consent is separate from making an enquiry. Dated updates to these website terms do not retrospectively change a client agreement.

The date and version above identify these terms. Changes apply to website use from publication. You can request information about an earlier version relevant to a particular issue. Our AI and human oversight statement provides further information about the service.

Governing law

These website terms and disputes concerning this website are governed by Guernsey law. The courts of Guernsey have jurisdiction, subject to any mandatory rights or rules that entitle a person to rely on another law or bring proceedings elsewhere. If a provision cannot lawfully apply, the remaining provisions continue to apply to the extent permitted by law.

You can contact POS through the contact form on this site, by email at hello@posinteriors.com or by telephone on 01481 740222.

For privacy questions, rights requests or concerns about information shared, use these same contact details. Do not send identity documents or further sensitive information unless requested through an agreed route.
